Does his past show signs of being a story? Will he find an Author?
Fun Fact! Ashton Brooke Gill was noticed by Producer Ritchey Cable during her appearances on TV’s American Idol…Shortly after that, he was surprised to end up on the very same flight with her. When he realized who it was, he told her that amazingly he had considered her for a part in this movie even before he met her on that flight. She accepted the part and teamed up with her costar, Cameron Stout, to light up the screen in “The Author”. As life imitated art, the two actually fell in love on the set and a year later were married. And now last month (February 2025), they welcomed their daughter into the world… it seems that the AUTHOR truly has a script in mind for those two!

Bob is serving time for taking the lives of his fellow classmates Jack and Diane the morning of their prom. They were the most popular couple and loved by everyone, students and the community alike. They were voted most likely to put their town on the map for their projected future accomplishments. Instead, Bob put the town on the map by driving to school intoxicated and crashing into their car killing both of them. Bob, who was known as a troubled youth, was racing to school after a night of partying with his friends. The town pretty much turned their backs on him after he was found guilty and sentenced to thirty years. The community has moved on but for some of those going to the reunion it seems like just yesterday. Jack and Diane’s close friends certainly have them on their minds as they gather as a group for the first time since the accident. These former students have all moved away but many of the staff wanted to stay on to ministry to the next generation. There will be some surprises and new memories made this night. Everyone of course is hoping for a night of remembrance and healing. One student will be saved, and one will receive surprising news that will also change his life.
