The Rising Stars & Legends of Texas kicks off its 2nd year in Downtown Conroe with the Conroe Symphony Orchestra and the Texas Tenors on March 4th. A week long festivity with a virtual smorgasbord of Fine Art offerings from painting and sculpture to poetry, theatre and music, culminating with the Young Texas Artist Music Competition Finalist Concert on March 10th at the Historic Crighton Theatre.
